Zarautz

Zarautz has a priveliged location. The 2.5Km long beach runs the whole length of the town on the north side, and to the south one can see the hills and mountains which offer marvellous walks. An interesting historical centre, with noble buildings dating back to medieval times in some cases, together with the vibrant and varied offering of bars and their famous “pintxos” mean that Zarautz is always bustling with tourists in the holiday seasons. Due to its stunning beach, Zarautz is also a very popular surfing destination.
