Description
SEASONAL RENTAL. Minimum stay of 32 nights and a maximum of 11 months. Pelaio-etxea is a recently renovated family home, faithfully following the typical style of fishermen's houses. It is located between the streets of Elkano and San Roke, in the heart of the historic town. With a capacity for 4 people (occasionally for 5), it has a kitchen-diner, living room and two double bedrooms with a bathroom. The apartment is decorated in homage to the master of haute couture, Cristóbal Balenciaga Eizaguirre. It has a lift and a parking space 150 metres away.
Intermediate cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 15 days included.
Final cleaning included.
Important note: Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 hours. Late check-in until 00:00 has an additional cost of 50 euros.

Amaia, the owner, was easy to communicate with and even let us checkout late as there were no guests arriving that day. We will be back!

This was such an exceptional location...steps from cafe’s, tapas bars, restaurants and beach. You are in the hustle and bustle of the town here, so there is lots going on. Very nice, clean and well decorated apartment and we felt very at home. One see more

One very small suggestion would be to provide beach towels, but other than that this was the perfect 3 night stop for our family of 4 (18 and 20 year old kids). Next time we would stay longer!!! |

Absolutely great location in the vibrant old town mere yards from the beach. Flat was wonderful. Perfect for a family of four. Beautifully & modern furnished with latest appliances (washer/dryer & dishwasher) and perfect layout for kids. My son couldsee more

Beautifully & modern furnished with latest appliances (washer/dryer & dishwasher) and perfect layout for kids. My son couldn't stop watching the children DVDs from the library. I found the reading selection interesting too. Service was super-friendly and excellent. We were even picked-up and dropped off at the train station. We plan on going back really soon. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly too. We made many friends.
