With a capacity for 7 people, it has a spacious living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It also has a balcony facing the pool and the sea.
It has a parking space in the same building with direct access from the elevator.
The residential complex has two swimming pools and a fronton court, and a spacious communal garden, all with direct and private access to the promenade.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 hours.
Intermediate cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 15 days included.
Final cleaning included.
Concierge service, luggage storage, and reception open all year round.
Note: Facade works are being carried out, and from April to June, there will be scaffolding on the north side
